BOLETIN PRESIDENCIAL: Una crisis economica financiera grave y peligrosa

Rev. Miguel Rivera

Sin embargo, NO SE TOMO EN CONSIDERACION LA CONDUCTA ABERRANTE DE QUIENES PERTURBARON EL USO Y MANEJO DE LAS OPORTUNIDADES DE DESARROLLO ECONOMICO COMUNITARIO, CONVIRTIENDO ESTA EN UNA TRAMPA QUE LUCRO A FAVOR DE POCOS Y PROVOCO AL FRACASO DE MILES QUIENES PERDIERON SUS CASAS!

National Latino Evangelical Leaders (CONLAMIC) call Members of CONGRESS to pass crucial legislation and avoid further economic financial crisis

WASHINGTON, DC- The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) is calling Members of CONGRESS, to "put political opportunism and partisanship aside and come back to the drawing board, with the understanding that the American is First", regarding the need to support President's Bush initiative on solving the present financial economic crisis.

"President Bush once again has demonstrated leadership and Congress should follow, passing the Emergency Financial Save Act. Our prayers are committed to our LORD, asking for guidance, unity and wisdom, at these perilous times, where more important than the blame, is the problem solving", says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, Chairman of the NCLCCL (CONLAMIC) Board of Directors, representing over 16,000 thousand Latino christian and evangelical churches in 34 States.

CONLAMIC Latino Evangelical Pastors who are at the forefront of "main street America", are duly aware of the consequences that the present financial economic crisis represents for small businesses and even church's ministries and faith based organizations that are depending of sound banking and financial resources, to operate and serve the communities in need.

"Republican and Democrats in Congress, should be compiled by a higher moral authority, and proceed to pass such legislation and bring closure to this crisis that could get worst, due to the anxiety and desperation that financial conflicts always develop, sending also a strong message to the "Wall Street CEO's" that greed, enrichment exhilarating and lack of economic prudence, should always be checked, with a humble act of prayer, to avoid other financial mess in the future", says also the Rev. Rivera.

A letter of "Prayer Support" at this time, will follow to all Members of CONGRESS, to assure them that thousands of Latino evangelical church members are praying for God's guidance on such complex issue, on their behalf.

WASHINGTON, DC.- National Latino Evangelical and Hispanic Christian Leaders will make an URGENT CALL FOR PRAYER, while participating at the CONLAMIC Latino Evangelical Leaders Conference in Washington DC on Thursday, September 25th.

"The President of the United States has addressed the Nation regarding what has been called a serious crisis, referring to the present status of the American economy. Such profound and bold statement, moves us to call our congregations to Pray for God's Spiritual Guidance and Wisdom among our Leaders, with a true understanding that, All things are possible, for those who believe", says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders, CONLAMIC Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Leaders of Non-Denominational Christian Hispanic Churches and Latino Evangelical Councils of Churches members of CONLAMIC, are in Washington DC, for various Legislative Briefings and Christian Leadership Conference.

"At these perilous times, Prayer is the best pro-active faith strategic component, with the understanding that, our own National history confirms that, America's strength enhances when Faith and Prayer is put to work with a humble heart and assurance of God's love" says also the Rev. Dr. David Guel, President of CONLAMIC-USA.

CONLAMIC National Latino Evangelical Leaders and Delegates will meet at Capitol Hill in the morning and later in the afternoon, at the Washington Court Hotel.

CONLAMIC Leaders Gather to Consider Support of Issues & Candidates

WASHINGTON, DC- National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) Board Members and Delegates at the Latino Evangelical Leadership Conference, representing over 16,000 christian Hispanic Latino churches around the Country, will decide which Presidential Candidate deserves their support.

"Our congregations are the first respondent to the Latino victims of assault and hate crimes, which are happening even in small towns like Shenandoah, PA. We have the right to support those politicians that will commit themselves to the needs of our Hispanic community, on issues such as civil rights and immigration reform" says the Rev. Maria Velez, President of the Shenandoah Latino Residents Association and a CONLAMIC Board Member, who is leading the efforts to stop racial intimidation after the assassination of Luis Ramirez, a Mexican father and undocumented immigrant, killed by four local teenagers.

"We are the true conscience of our Latino communities and when we travel to Washington DC, our main task is to remind Members of Congress, about the struggles and discriminatory actions that we endure, such as racial profiling and other human rights abuses", says the Rev. Victor Orta, CONLAMIC Oklahoma State Coordinator, who fought in the anti-immigrant law known as HB-1804 in Federal Court.

"Thousands of our church members are waiting for us to see who we will support, before they will make their own minds about which of the two candidates should be our next President of the Unites States.

I will let them know after our meeting here in Washington DC , how Latino evangelical pastors from many States are thinking and after making my own decision, it is my intention to let them know for whom I will vote. It is up to them if they will follow my example or do something else. But at this difficult times, where our churches are suffering due to the intimidation and anti-immigrant laws that polarized our communities, is time for us (Latino evangelical pastors) to get out the vote and encourage the members of our congregations to do the same and vote for such candidates that will help us feel welcome and provide resources to help faith based communities to educate our people on cultural assimilation and learn English", says the Rev. Dr. Antonio Mansogo, CONLAMIC Georgia State Coordinator.

"South Texas Pastors are most of them conservative democrats and they are expecting that the CONLAMIC Board of Directors and National Delegates, will do the right thing", says the Dr. Antonio Bolainez, CONLAMIC Regional Vice-President who oversees over 3,000 churches in the States of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Louisiana.

"The time has come for us the Latino evangelical church, to stop and think twice what our Anglo-evangelicals brethren are doing when the stay neutral and even supportive of an anti-immigrant agenda, which has become a source of political capital for many elected officials. We urge the National Association of Evangelicals, to unite with us and come forward with a strong message condemning such political opportunism that polarized our communities", says the Rev. Eliseo Nogueras, CONLAMIC Regional Vice-President for the New England States and President of the Rhode Island Hispanic Pastor's Association.

Latino Church Leaders Demand Cease & Desist of ICE Enforcement

"Evangelical Hispanic Pastors and Christian Latino Church's Leaders are demanding "Cease & Desist" of the 287-G, ICE enforcement guidelines"

WASHINGTON, DC- The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC)
will advocate on behalf of a "moratorium", regarding the implementation of the 287-G, immigration enforcement guidelines, while being at Capitol Hill, for their 2008 Evangelical Latino Pastor's Leadership Conference on September the 25th.

"CONLAMIC Hispanic Church Leaders are committed to the enforcement of the law, but the intimidation, racial profiling and police brutality incidents that are happening around the Country, where local police officers are empowered under the 287-G immigration enforcement guidelines, is extremely disturbing for us to stay quite and do nothing" says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, President of CONLAMIC.

Reports from Tulsa Oklahoma, Nashville Tennessee, Irving Texas,
Providence Rhode Island and Dalton Georgia, are sufficient evidence, that such guidelines are polarizing and nurturing an extremely dangerous environment of animosity and tension among diverse communities and such critical situation provides, racial intolerance and discriminatory actions against hispanic immigrants and their families.

"Oklahoma is the most profound example of such intimidation and persecution of the latino community by local Sheriff Deputies and Police Officers, where Congressman Jim Sullivan has accomplished for his personal political future gubernatorial ambitions, the establishment of an Immigration Enforcement Task Force Office, which will perpetuate the road blocks, racial profiling and the negative effects of the Oklahoma State Law HB-1804", also says the Rev. Rivera.

Latino Evangelical and Hispanic Christian Pastor's Leaders will travel from 34 States, to convene in Washington DC and demonstrate a strong support against these reports, which divide families and tarnish the moral fabric of the traditional social conservative values.

"Members of Congress are in need to know all the facts, and our Pastors are here to provide them with facts on what appears to be a pattern of persecution against latinos, similar to what happened with the chinese and japanese immigrants during the beginning of the 20th Century in our Country", finished saying the Rev. Rivera.

Latino Clergy Convenes In Washington DC

"Hispanic Christian Pastors and Evangelical Latino Clergy, will convene in Washington DC, to advocate on behalf of the Christian Evangelical Hispanic Church in America..."

WASHINGTON, DC- The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC), will celebrate the Hispanic Heritage Month in Washington DC, advocating on behalf of the thousands of Latino evangelicals and Hispanic christian members of their churches, that are profoundly concerned about this coming November elections and to announce their intention to "get out the vote" and move the Hispanic faith community, to become a powerful and strong advocate for immigration reform, education reform, compassionate economic policies and traditional family values.

"In the midst of most troubling economic times since the 1930's, Latino evangelical pastors and christian Hispanic members of the Clergy, come together to Washington DC to remind our Members of Congress that, thousands of the members of our churches are struggling because of the deceptive tactics that mortgage lenders used to trick them into high-risk interest mortgage schemes and while considering bailing out Wall Street magnates, NO MAIN STREET HOMEOWNER SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND", says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, Chairman of CONLAMIC Board of Directors.

During the last ten years, CONLAMIC leadership have encouraged its affiliates, to teach members of their congregations to purchase real estate in the best interest of developing strong Hispanic communities and educate their children on the fundamentals of reaching out and seek the "American dream" and become homeowners.

The mortgage debacle, has shattered such dream for many Latino families who are victims of the present economic chaos that forced them out of their homes even when paying their mortgage bills on time and working to
refinance their homes as per new government guidelines.

Latino evangelical and pentecostal pastors are also, truly concerned with the social environment that has developed in many towns and communities around the Country, due to the troubling discriminatory and racial intolerance actions that are evident in neighborhoods such as Shenandoah PA, Irving TX, Tulsa OK, Prince William County VA and Maricopa County AZ, where a "vigilante animosity" has being nurtured and encouraged, against Latinos and the undocumented immigrant community.

"Hundreds of members of our Churches, legal residents of this Country have left to other States in dismay and frustration, due to the fact that they are feeling not welcomed anymore", says the Rev. Dr. Victor Orta, the CONLAMIC Oklahoma State Coordinator, on behalf of the Latino evangelical pastors who fought against an anti-Latino immigrant legislation known as HB-1804 in Federal Court, without success.

"The Hispanic Evangelical Church is a strong conservative advocate on behalf of traditional family values and social conservative issues. There is a tract record on such efforts and we are entitled to request, our conservative bipartisan Members of Congress, to reconsider their legislative actions against the Latino and Hispanic people, who are working hard each day to assimilate to our American culture and they do not deserve to be treated as low life criminals just because, they are victims of an obsolete immigration system, that retains them in the shadows of our society and stop them also, of not achieving the American dream, even when they are strong and faithful contributors to our Country", says the Rev. Herman Perez, the CONLAMIC Illinois State Coordinator and Regional Vice-President.

CONLAMIC christian ministers have being also very committed to "education reform", advocating on behalf of more parental empowerment and involvement at the education school board's level and encouraging "school choice" issues, to promote educational competition, with the understanding that only when such standards are duly applied at the school district's management levels, the children are best served and accountability becomes a major priority, against special interests.

"It is absolutely not acceptable for the Latino evangelical pastors from around the Country, that our "barrio" and many inner city schools are failing our children and discouraging them from staying. Such scenario is mostly negative affecting our Latino children and parents feel discourage, due to the lack of honest management of school funds, administrator's tenure, deceptive school boards actions and the lack of accountability at many teacher's union levels, where bad teachers are even promoted instead of being fired", says the Rev. John Muniz, CONLAMIC Education Reform National Coordinator.

CONLAMIC Hispanic evangelical pastor's are also concerned with "eminent domain" issues, due the a previous U.S. Supreme Court decision, where new State Laws empower local governments to execute on private real estate properties, for economic development. Many "store front" Latino owned churches, are being
concerned about the possibilities of being targeted and forced to relocate, due to the lack of Federal legislation on such a complex issue.

"Members of Congress need to re visit the House of Worship Protection Act, to assure strong religious rights, liberty and freedom of worship, due to the many local Municipal and State legislatures, that are moving ahead seeking Federal Funds for empowerment zone issues and financial subsidies, that infringes on the rights of our Latino faith communities and such initiatives intimidate many local church congregations, not prepared to fight for their constitutional rights in Court", says also the Rev. Rivera.

Rev. Miguel Rivera, Chairman of Board of Directors, will bring these issues at the CONLAMIC Leadership's Conference in Washington D.C. and to Vote for a Resolution, to commit advocacy on behalf of such concerns.

CONLAMIC Latino Evangelical Pastors Leadership Conference will be held at the Washington Court Hotel (New Jersey Ave. NW
and C Street) at 12:30pm on Thursday, September 25, 2008.

Senator McCain the only Presidential Candidate who recognized the loyal military service of green card holding immigrants at 9/11 Presidential Forum

NEW YORK, NY - At the 9/11 Presidential Forum held at the Columbia University in New York, tonight the Senator John McCain, the Republican Presidential Candidate, was the only one who advocate and recognized the great and honorable service that many new "green card holders" immigrants as committed "new Americans" are duly serving on behalf of Freedom and Liberty in the Military service.

"I will never forget the proud "green card holders" that I met in Iraq, that inspired me and demonstrated with their commitment what America the most exemplary Nation is all about," said the Senator McCain tonight in New York.

"Such comments confirmed to us that Senator McCain, recognizes the important contribution of immigrants to our Nation and makes him a true advocate for comprehensive immigration reform", says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, Chairman of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders.

"Different to Senator Obama, the Democratic nominee who did not addressed nor mentioned any words of encouragement on behalf of "the new immigrants" that are serving our Country, Senator McCain expressed his gratitude and sent a clear message to all immigrants and the Latino-Americans that are watching both candidates, that his commitment is still strong on behalf of all that are wanting to become proud Citizens of this Country", said also the Rev. Rivera.

CONLAMIC Latino Evangelical Christian Pastors and Leaders, will convene in Washington DC on September 25, to announce a formal endorsement on behalf of which Presidential Candidate should be favored by Latino Christians church members, around the Country.

Editorial Statement: Why a Republican White House and Democratic Congressmake sense to Latino Evangelical Christian Pastors dvocating for Comprehensive Immigration Reform"

By: The Reverend Miguel Rivera

WASHINGTON, DC- Evangelical Hispanic Pastors and National Latino Clergy Leaders, affiliated with the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) for the last seven years have been strong and devoted defenders of undocumented immigrants, many of whom are members of our congregations, with the conviction and understanding that, America's Spiritual Revival, its Economy and Cultural Heritage benefits from such efforts.

CONLAMIC is the largest Latino Evangelical and Hispanic Pastor's advocacy organization in the Nation and confronts this dilemma face to face, revealing how polarized our nation is around this controversial issue.

In communities such as Riverside New Jersey, Providence Rhode Island, Tulsa Oklahoma, Atlanta Georgia, Prince William County Virginia, Shenandoah Pennsylvania, and Irving Texas, CONLAMIC Hispanic pastors, have organized Prayer Vigils, Press Conferences, Immigration Forums and have litigated against anti-immigrant efforts and the powerful forces that have taken advantage of such a complicated but " legislative workable" situation.

CONLAMIC Latino Evangelical Pastors have concluded that the anti-immigrant sentiment exploited by pundits, ignorant or race intolerant politicians to seek the benefits of political capital, racism sentiments and frivolous opportunism.

CONLAMIC Statewide Latino Evangelical Pastors Chapters in 34 States across the Country, are committed to advance a Civil Rights Agenda on behalf of thousands of undocumented immigrants that are willing to bring themselves out of the shadows and legalize their status with a profound commitment to this nation but because of a broken immigration system are unable to achieve their goals and enjoy the privileges of being 'American Citizens'.

Thousands of their children have enlisted themselves in the military to defend our freedom, knowing that their undocumented parents meant well when they crossed the border seeking liberty and escaping from corrupt political governments, sponsors of misery, crime, slavery and even political sentiment against the American Democracy and Freedom.

As Hispanic Ministers of the Gospel, we have access to real testimonials that confirm our ministry and move our prayers on behalf of many of our brothers who have become Deacons, Bible Teachers, Itinerant Preachers and Pastors, carrying themselves the stigma and knowing that while being exemplary individuals and parents that demonstrate strong family values who even advocate for the obedience to Law per the Bible Doctrine Teachings, but such "faithful christian leaders", have so far no recourse, to correct their past, while forces of political and special interests, ferociously disturb all efforts in Congress, to accomplish a Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

While Senator Barack Obama, has said that, before the end of his first year as President of the United States of America, if elected, he will provide such immigration initiative and reform, we remember that, when our friend, President George W. Bush committed himself to such a task and having his own political party in control of both legislative branches, this was not possible.

A Democratic President with a Democratic Congress, will have the same fate. Even our best Democratic friends and strong advocates of Immigration Reform in this Congress know, that these are pragmatic facts and we cannot let more time go by, without solving this issue and bring back America, to its place of Honor, Integrity, Liberty and Justice for All.

CONLAMIC and the Latino Evangelical Pastors advocates also for, School Choice and Education Reform; Fiscal Conservative Policies and Conservative Nominees to the Supreme Court.

We understand that, these issues can and will only be accomplished with a Republican President in the White House.

We have also come to the conclusion, that a Democratic Congress, understands these "conflicting times" and will assume a posture of Valor, Justice and Moral Integrity, pushing "politics as usual, aside" and will find the honorable way to legislate, on behalf of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Each member of CONGRESS (Republicans and Democrats) alike, need to realize that, States and Municipal Governments, are surely struggling with this complex issue and even the Constitutional tenets regarding Immigration Law, are being questioned and subject to strenuous opinions by State and Federal Courts, without a true comprehensive solution, to this matter.

Thousands of families are being torn apart. Children who are legal citizens of our Country, are being deprived and displaced of their "Homeland", forced to lost all American constitutional rights,
while being, deported with their undocumented parents.

As Preachers of Faith, Justice and Hope, we are truly convinced that, this sensitive issue can be resolved, but only when we sent a strong message to our leaders on these coming elections, that the time has come, and Justice needs to be done on behalf of millions of decent, hard working immigrants that have done their best under the circumstances and willing to abide by the Laws of Our Nation, learn English, assimilate to a new Culture and make America Proud of themselves.

Prayer and "true" Civic Values, will bring us to the voting booths, with a PRUDENT approach and to the task of making once again, the American Dream, accessible to every worthy human being.

It is without a doubt, an issue of Human Rights, Social Justice and most important, "of Profound Spiritual consequences for our Nation".

The Rev. Miguel Rivera is Chairman of the Board Of Directors of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC).

Oklahoma Latino Evangelical Pastors urge a full investigation

TULSA, OK- The Oklahoma State Latino Evangelical Pastors with the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) are demanding an immediate and full investigation on the matters published by the Tulsa World, regarding the death of Anna Shouse, victim of a "hit and run" motorcycle accident.

"We have been consistent in our position that, as advocates against the anti latino immigrant law HB-1804, does not voids us from being supporters of strong law enforcement, and as per details reported, regarding the investigation of this accident like; Not taking into custody the driver of the other vehicle involved even when this person admitted that he left the scene which is a felony in Oklahoma, is disturbing and worst when is also admitted that, such person was driving without insurance, for being an undocumented immigrant", says the Rev. Victor Orta, CONLAMIC-Oklahoma Latino Evangelical Pastors Coordinator.

The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) the largest latino evangelical pastor's advocacy organization, with 34 State Chapters, representing over 16,000 thousand Churches around the Country, advocates for a Comprehensive Immigration Reform that would allow undocumented immigrants to have legal access to a legal status, which will also move them comply with State laws, such as obtaining a Driver's License and carry Vehicle Insurance.

"Reports that misunderstanding of procedures or lack of enforcement, provided the opportunity for Pedro Contreras to avoid accountability for his actions, is morally unacceptable and does not help us to move forward toward the need for racial tolerance that has been duly exploited by those who have
used for their political agendas, the controversial and difficult dilemma that our communities have to confront, due to the lack of action by Members of Congress in Washington DC on immigration reform", said Rev. Orta.

Keynote Speech at the Unity Rally by the Rev. Miguel Rivera, in Shenandoah, PA

SHENANDOAH, PA- As an immediate response due to the racial tensions that are developing, a "Unity Rally" was organized by members of the Shenandoah's faith community, where the Rev. Miguel Rivera, President of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders (CONLAMIC) was invited as keynote speaker.

Dr. Agapito Lopez from Hazleton PA and Rev. Maria Velez, the only Latino Evangelical Pastor in Shenandoah, opened the doors of the most prominent Pentecostal Hispanic Church in the city, to a "Prayer and Fellowship" meeting, where over 300 neighbors of the community, civic leaders and Crystal Ramirez, the widow of Luis Eduardo Ramirez (the young Latino immigrant who died, due to a violent and lethal assault by four Anglo high school students, while returning from work to his home during the afternoon hours last month) were present.

These are excerpts of the Rev. Miguel Rivera's keynote message at the church and to those in attendance;

"On this day, the Latino Evangelical Church here in Shenandoah, PA and veteran Latino advocates from Hazleton PA, open the doors of God's House of Worship to all grieving members of this community where Justice and Hope are the main reasons for our prayers.

The animosity and racial intolerance that has spread all over Main Street and downtown America, needs to be stopped by the prudent and fair actions of local law enforcement agents, city council members, teachers, clergy and most important, the need for a comprehensive immigration reform passed by members of Congress, which will bring closure to all the hate and frustrations that arise among our communities, who are struggling in their efforts to understand and adapt to the presence of over 12 million undocumented immigrants, an issue that is being used as a power punch for political purposes by Republicans and Democrats alike.

Many of these communities are aware of the benefits of the hard working undocumented immigrants, their support to the local economy by their creative entrepreneurs and skilled labor and most important for their strong traditional family values, which is consistent with their motivation. and advancement to assimilation while learning English and enjoying their first steps to become "los nuevos Americanos".

But thousands of good stories are suddenly shattered by acts of discrimination and criminal behavior, which happened here in Shenandoah, PA.

It is even worst when outsiders assemble themselves not far from where we are today to promote racial intolerance, hate and discrimination, capitalizing and taking advantage of such a sad and violent incident, blaming in this case, the victim Luis Ramirez to further advance their agenda of bigotry and polarization of our communities.

Luis Ramirez was a decent human being, a good husband and an excellent father that did not deserve to be killed just for being a "Mexican Latino".

It is worst today when we know that the perpetrators of such horrendous crime are young kids, high school students and football players of this community, which makes almost impossible for us to comprehend how much hate and rage can overcome young children of such a peaceful and humble Town here in Pennsylvania.

One thing I know for sure, this environment of hate and discrimination against Latino immigrants was initiated when Mayor Lou Barletta from the neighbor town of Hazleton PA, took advantage for political purposes and advocated on behalf of an anti-immigrant local ordinance, that later was declared unconstitutional by a Federal Judge.

Mayor Barletta; You are responsible for the death of Luis Ramirez and for the uprising of hate crimes in these region.

It is also very surprising to us that, such violent incident and hate crime, that has a lot in common with white supremacy gang violence seen in other parts of the Country, where racists organizations are moving forward recruiting young kids and forcing them to prove themselves worthy of being part of their crime enterprises, needed the exposure and moral pressure from many Shenandoah residents, in order to have these four assailants being prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

That's why, MALDEF Attorneys and the National Coalition of Latino Clergy (CONLAMIC), have asked the Department of Justice in Washington DC, to monitor the actions and procedures of the District Attorney and the Judge assigned to this case, in order to have assurance that Justice will prevail.

To the Latino families, here in the Shenandoah community I say the following; Bring your kids to school this coming week and do not be afraid. Local school officials and the Police Department, are duly responsible to ensure there welfare and security at school. Also, this is a fundamental right as per the U.S. Supreme Court decision, that every child in this country, not regarding their legal status all are entitled to benefit from our public school system and education.

To the Mayor of this town of Shenandoah, I say; do your best to STOP, members of the City Council, who are trying to emulate Hazleton's actions against Latino undocumented immigrants. Be Advised that we are ready to fight in court and we will prevail once again as we prevailed against the forces of evil, hate and discrimination in Riverside, NJ, Farmers Branch, TX and Hazleton PA. Latino advocates are truly united and we will not stop, never will stop to support any Latino-American community who is being hijacked and forced fear and prompted to discrimination.

CONLAMIC pastors and our leadership from Allentown, Harrisburg and Philadelphia, will continue to visit with Pastor Maria Velez here in Shenandoah and be known that, while today we Pray inside these four walls of the Church, we are surely ready to bring hundreds of Latino evangelical church members of every city before mentioned and have a prayer rally at the steps of City Hall to send a message across America that the power of prayer can even move the rock solid mountains of Shenandoah and as evangelical christians, we will not tolerate these acts of violence and discrimination.

To Ms. Crystal I say, be calm and be assured that, you are part of our family and will be there for you and your children, as per the Bible demands that we are called to care for widows and orphans in the our midst.

May the LORD Bless Crystal, Luis Ramirez's children and all members of the Shenandoah community".
